How do I signup to use your platform?

CommKit, our marketplace app is available in iOS (App store) and Android (Google play store). You can signup with your social media accounts or creating your own login.

Is it available in my neighborhood?

We are focused on getting our local business marketplace platform fully developed to cover the wider Wellington Region. It will soon get expanded across suburbs of Auckland and Christchurch over the next 12 months.

Do I have to sign up for each individual service?

No. CommKit app would offer a single platform access to all services available in your neighbourhood. New services will be added regularly, as and when its available.

Are there any restrictions on products that can be sold?

Yes. Products or Services related to alcohol, gambling, drugs, Medicines, cosmetics, & personal hygiene products are restricted. Refer to your 'provider agreement' for the detailed list of restricted items.

Do I have to pay for the services?

Consumers can use the platform for FREE and pay only the listed price for products or services they buy from online stores.

Providers on the platform pay a monthly subscription for their online store and a 10% sale success fee.

How much should I have to pay?

As a consumer, Just the listed price for each item. Please check and ensure the listed price and quantity fields before confirming an order.

How do my clients pay me?

As a provider on CommKit, consumers of your product or service would pay you directly by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards. Refer to your provider agreement' or talk to the local community administrator for more details.
